Yes, you can use your plan at a clinic outside of our network, but usage will be limited (for example, a maximum reimbursement of 20 SGD for a consultation with a general practitioner). If there are specific clinics that you frequently visit, please let us know so we can invite them to join the IGAKU clinic network.
